HISTORY
Catalyst Design Group, Inc was founded in Miami in 1999, by the principal,
John West. At inception, CDG was comprised of a three-person
architectural design office, with a limited roster of local projects. The past
twenty years have witnessed unparallel growth and recognition within the
industry. Today, with a greatly expanded list of clients and team of
employees, we have created a full service architectural and interior
design firm.
PHILOSOPHY
CDG takes a unique approach to offer a 21st century design aesthetic.
We have a strong belief in the use of atypical materials and finish,
combined with unparallel application. We are a boutique firm, which
utilizes a creative, problem-solving approach. Design excellence is
defined as much by client satisfaction, schedule and budget as by
award-winning design. A shared vision of our client’s goals comes to life
as our processes transform the design challenge into a creative solution.
GOAL
CDG’s objective is to further expand our offices on a national and
international level with projects spanning the globe. We have previously
and successfully completed projects in Ecuador and Venezuela and are
intent upon a greater concentration on both residential and commercial
projects within these regions and beyond. Our mission is to develop
boutique hotels and resorts where our expertise in materials, building and
construction documentation can be utilized.
